It’s turkey time!
We will start taking orders for our Thanksgiving packages on Thursday, October 23rd at 11:00am.
For those who are first timers, here is a quick run down: We carefully rub the bird with our special dry rub that you all know and love, and smoke it low and slow over pecan wood. When you pick them up, they are brought out cold, already in a disposable cooking pan and cooking bag, with simple-to-follow reheating instructions to bring it back up to the perfect temperature.
Pickup is scheduled at the time of order and can be the day before Thanksgiving any time, or Thanksgiving day before noon. We will be closed Thanksgiving day for regular operations and will only be open until noon for turkey pickup. If you have a special pickup request prior to Thanksgiving, we will try our hardest to accommodate.
